I'd recommend taking a look at Darwin's World 2. It's also a d20 Modern product, and I think it's the better PA game of the two. Their site has plenty of free demos so you can get a feel for the setting. I believe the "Gazatter of the Twisted Earth" is also a free download. It's also more serious than what most people imagine when they think of Gamma World. That might be a selling point for some, but it definitely didn't work for me. If you want setting materials and ideas, you can get much of that across the net without buying an otherwise "blech" game.

If you're a fan of Barbarians of Lemuria, you might want to wait and check out Barbarians of the Aftermath, which should be released any day now. There is also another game called Atomic Highway that will be released soon I hate to recommend checking out as-yet-unreleased games, but I'm willing to do so to steer someone away from the d20 Gamma World game.
