The faces for the watch are nice and so far tracking seems ok. Hopefully they add a place to manually put in a location like the other apps. Well, most of the time watch doesn't turn on!!. On those rare occasions when I do have the watch on it doesn't operate as expected.
For example, when my phone rings I should see who's calling on my watch. But that doesn't happen despite the fact that I know I've got the settings turned on properly. The same thing goes for texts. I also like that you can personalize the face. My heart rate and blood oxygen seems right, and I don't use the sleep function. Mine has no BP readings, just blood oxygen level. No problems with the app or the watch. It's not high end, but it is a great combo if you bought for work like I did.

Especially the weather feature, steps, and choice in watch faces! Being able to choose which things are displayed on a custom watch face. Being able to choose which screens are where on the watch so that you can put your most used closest to the watch face. I really like this watch. I had a SmartWatch but had a hard time seeing the screen when I was outside and the font was too small. The only reason I am hiving this a 4 instead of. The app offers all the settings you need, you can also change the the weather from Celsius to Fahrenheit, i have an Apple Watch and the heart rate is accurate, i will rate 5 stars and if developer is willing to improve the app by fixing the weather to refresh more often, I dislike going directly to the app to refresh it manually, other than that I am very satisfied.

Most watches battery claims are inflated, as this Spade Healthwatch2 is. It's not even close unless all activities are turned off. Altho there's a bunch of watch faces, a lot will not load or it takes a ridiculous amount of time to load.
